On Friday, January 31, 2025, the Karibe Hotel in Haiti became the epicenter of a groundbreaking movement as it hosted the inaugural Forum on Women’s Leadership in Haiti. Organized by the association Parcours d’Exception in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Haiti’s Ministry of Women’s Affairs, the event aimed to shine a spotlight on the critical role women play in governance and sustainable development.
Under the theme “Women’s Leadership: Driving Inclusive Governance and Sustainable Development in Haiti,” the forum brought together a diverse group of participants, including entrepreneurs, leaders from public and private institutions, activists, and young trailblazers.
